Purpose-built, not repurposed
EOS Suite was designed around the onboarding journey from day one — not adapted from a generic HR records system.
About EOS Suite
EOS Suite started as an internal tool for an implementation team rolling out HR systems to client after client — and quickly became the product every one of those clients asked to keep using long after go-live.
Most onboarding tools are designed for a single company with a single HR team. We built EOS Suite from the ground up to be multi-tenant — because the team building it was onboarding dozens of client organizations, each with their own roles, documents, and approval chains, and no existing tool made that safe or fast.
That constraint shaped everything: strict per-organization data isolation, a protected recovery path so a client can never accidentally lock themselves out of their own account, and an implementation layer that gives an ops team full visibility across every client without ever crossing a privacy boundary into their data.
How we're different
EOS Suite was designed around the onboarding journey from day one — not adapted from a generic HR records system.
Every tenant-scoped table carries organization-level isolation, and every access path is reviewed against cross-tenant exposure.
The people who roll out onboarding for a living shaped the product — so the rollout experience is as considered as the day-to-day one.
