Can I add a single higher-tier feature without upgrading the whole plan?
For most modules, no — features are grouped by plan so the tiers stay simple to reason about. Talk to sales if there's a specific case (e.g. Software License Compliance on a Growth plan) — we handle a limited number of these as add-ons.
What happens if I go over my employee limit?
We'll notify you before you hit the limit so you can upgrade with zero disruption to in-progress onboarding workflows.
Do you offer terms for implementation partners managing multiple clients?
